(1) If default is made in complying with any of the provisions of section 28 or 29, the body corporate and each member of the board of the body corporate who is knowingly a party to the default commits an offence.
(2) Any person including the body corporate who commits an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $250 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months.
