4.   Functions of Registrar

1.  

   (1)   The functions of the Registrar are those assigned to the Registrar under—

   1.  

      (a)     the Companies Act;

   1.  

      (b)     the Copyright Act;

   1.  

      (c)     any other enactment in force in Saint Lucia not specifically mentioned in paragraph (a) and (b).

   (2)   The Deputy Registrar may, in the absence of the Registrar exercise any function of the Registrar.

   (3)   The Registrar may with the approval of the Attorney General, by Order published in the Gazette, amend Schedule 1. (Amended by Act 10 of 2020)
