(1) The officers and servants of the Commonwealth Secretariat visiting the State of Saint Lucia in the course of their duties and members of their families accompanying them shall have the privileges and immunities conferred by Part 1 of the Schedule, and the supplementary provisions of Part 2 of that Schedule shall have effect for the purposes of the said Part 1.
(2) In this Act “the Commonwealth Secretariat” means the Commonwealth Secretariat established at the Commonwealth Prime Minister's meeting of June 1965.
