(1) Not later than 3 months after the end of each financial year, the Ethics Committee and the National Competent Authority shall submit to the Minister an annual report on the work and activities of the Ethics Committee and the National Competent Authority and the Minister shall lay the same at the next sitting of Parliament after receipt of the report.
(2) A summary of an annual report under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette and the entire annual report shall be available to the public on payment of the prescribed fee.
