4.   Conditions of licences

1.  

   (1)   Each licence shall specify—

   1.  

      (a)     the site on which the show shall be erected;

   1.  

      (b)     the days of the week and the hours between which the show shall be operated;

   1.  

      (c)     the period during which the show may be operated.

   (2)   If the holder of a licence or any person employed by him or her infringes any condition subject to which such licence is granted he or she commits an offence against this Act.
