(1) The names and addresses of the persons holding the several offices referred to in the preceding section shall be notified from time to time to the Registrar of Companies and registered in his or her office and be subject to the provisions of Article 236 of the Commercial Code.
(2) A person last registered in the manner provided by the preceding subsection shall be deemed to be a trustee authorised to act under the provision of section 7 of this Act.
