3. Incorporation of the Church of God (Seventh Day) Incorporated
The President, the Secretary and the Treasurer of the Corporation and their Successors in office are hereby appointed Trustees of the Corporation and are hereby created a Body Corporate by the name of The Church of God (Seventh Day) Incorporated and by that name shall have perpetual succession and may sue and be sued, in all Courts of Justice in the State and shall have and use a Common Seal provided that such seal shall only be used in the presence of a least 2 of the trustees.
