9. Execution of documents
No deed or document purporting to be executed by the Council shall be of any force or validity unless it is properly sealed with its common seal in the presence of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, the Treasurer and the Executive Secretary of the Council for the time being in officer who shall sign every such deed, document or other instrument to which the common seal is affixed and such signing shall be prima facie evidence that the said seal was duly and properly affixed and the lawful seal of the Corporation.
