(1) The names and addressed of the Officers of the Council shall be notified from time to time to the Registrar of Companies and registered in his or her office and be subject to the provisions of Article 236 of the Commercial Code.
(2) A person last registered in the manner prescribed by the preceding subsection shall be deemed to be an officer authorised to act under the provisions of section 9 of this Act.
