With the commencement of this Act, there shall be constituted a body corporate by the name of Christian Council of Saint Lucia (Incorporated) which by that name shall have perpetual succession and may sue and be sued in all Courts of Justice in Saint Lucia and shall have and use a common seal which may from time to time be changed in accordance with the rules of the said body corporate.
