6. Notification of names and addresses of officers
(1) The names and addresses of the persons holding the several offices referred to in section 4 shall be notified from time to time to the Registrar of Companies and registered in his or her office and be subject to the provisions of Article 236 of the Commercial Code.
(2) A person last registered in the manner prescribed by subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a trustee authorised to act under the provisions of section 8.
