With the commencement of this Act, there shall be constituted a body corporate by the name Christian Brethren (Saint Lucia) Incorporated which by that name shall have perpetual succession and may sue and be sued in all Courts of Justice in the State and shall have and use a common seal provided that such seal shall only be used in the presence of at least 2 trustees.
