(1) Evidence obtained as a result of a confession, or an admission that is admissible under the Criminal Code, the District Courts Act or any other law is admissible as evidence in the Court if the parent of the child or an appropriate adult or the attorney-at-law representing the child was present when the confession or the admission was made.
(2) Subsection (1) applies if an identity parade has taken place.
