(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall appoint, at the remuneration and on terms and conditions approved by the Castries Constituency Council other officers as the Castries Constituency Council considers necessary for the performance of the functions of the Castries Constituency Council.
(2) An officer appointed under subsection (1) shall perform the duties assigned to him or her under this Act and by the Chief Executive Officer.
