(1) The Castries Constituency Council may acquire and hold moveable or immoveable property inside or outside the municipality for the purpose of carrying out its functions or exercising a power under this Act or another enactment and to dispose of or charge such property.
(2) Property acquired and held by the Corporation is deemed to be transferred to the Castries Constituency Council.
