(1) Where an amendment to the Agreement becomes effective in terms of Article 20 of the Agreement, the Minister shall, by order amend the Schedule of this Act to give effect to the amendment of the Agreement.
(2) An order made under subsection (1) may contain such consequential, supplemental or ancillary provisions as appear to the Minister to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving due effect to the amendment.
