In this Act—
“Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the CARICOM Regional Organization for Standards and Quality (CROSQ) between the Member States of CARICOM executed by the same on 4 February 2002 the text of which is set out in the Schedule to this Act;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for trade.
