(1) If the Treaty is amended under Article XXVI of the Treaty, the Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, amend the Schedule by including the amendments.
(2) An Order made under this section may contain consequential, supplemental or ancillary provisions as appear to the Minister to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the amendment.
(3) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (2) an Order made under this section, may contain provisions amending references in this Act to specific provisions of the Treaty.
(4) An Order made under this section is subject to an affirmative resolution of Parliament.
(5) If the Schedule is amended under this section, reference in this Act or any other instrument to the Treaty is unless the context so requires, construed as a reference to the Treaty so amended.
