The provisions of the Act and any regulations made thereunder relating to—
(a) invalidity pensions;
(b) disablement pensions;
(c) old age or retirement pensions;
(d) survivor's pensions; and
(e) death benefits in the form of pensions;
are to the extent to which they are affected by the Agreement deemed to be modified and adapted to give effect to the Agreement.
