2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Act” means the National Insurance Corporation Act;
“Agreement” means the CARICOM Agreement on Social Security signed in Georgetown, Guyana on 1 March 1996, the text of which is set out in the Schedule to this Act;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for the National Insurance Corporation.
