(1) Where an amendment to the Treaty is accepted by the States Parties under Article 27 of the Treaty, the Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, amend the Schedule for the purposes of including the amendments.
(2) Where the Schedule is amended under subsection (1), a reference in this Act, any other enactment or an instrument is, unless the context otherwise requires, construed as a reference to the Treaty as amended.
