2. Interpretation
In this Act —
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for Caribbean Community Affairs;
“Treaty” means the Caribbean Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Serious Criminal Matters signed by the Government of Saint Lucia on the 6th day of July, 2005, the text of which is set out in the Schedule.
