(1) CAROSAI shall be governed by an Executive Council which shall consist of not more than 5 members comprised as follows—
(a) the Secretary General;
(b) the Head of the Supreme Audit Institution—
(i) where the Congress is last held,
(ii) where the next Congress will be held;
(c) 2 other members who shall be appointed by the Congress.
(2) The Head of the Supreme Audit Institution where the Congress is last held shall be the Chairperson of the Executive Council.
