(1) All documents requiring the seal of CAROSAI shall be sealed with its common seal in the presence of the Secretary General and Secretary to the Secretariat, or in the event of incapacity, in the presence of the Chairperson of the Executive Council or some other person authorized for that purpose by CAROSAI.
(2) The Chairperson of the Executive Council or the other person authorized by CAROSAI under subsection (1) shall sign every document requiring the seal of CAROSAI and such signing shall be prima facie evidence that the seal was duly affixed and that the same is the lawful seal of CAROSAI.
