(1) Where an amendment to the Agreement becomes effective in accordance with Article 16 of the Agreement, the Minister shall by order amend the Schedule to this Act for the purpose of including the amendment.
(2) An order made under subsection (1) may contain such ancillary, transitional, consequential or supplemental provisions as appear to the Minister to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the amendment.
