2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the Caribbean Investment Fund signed by the Government of Saint Lucia on 13 October 1993, the text of which is set out in the Schedule to this Act;
“Fund” means the Caribbean Investment Fund, established by Article 1 of the Agreement;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for finance.
