(1) There shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund on the warrant of the Minister, all payments required to be made to the Comptroller in respect of Saint Lucia under the provisions of the Agreement.
(2) Any sums received by the Government from the Corporation on account of the subscription of Saint Lucia to the capital stock thereof shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
