(1) The Minister may make regulations for giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred under subsection (1) where any amendment to the Agreement is accepted by the Government, the Minister may by order published in the Gazette amend the Schedule in accordance with such amendment.
(3) Where the Schedule is amended under subsection (2), any reference in this Act or in any other written law, shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to the Agreement so amended.
