(1) The Institute is established as a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of land and other property of whatever kind.
(2) The Institute may sue and be sued in its corporate name and may for all purposes be described by such name.
(3) The Corporation shall have full juridical personality in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
