(1) All payments required to be made by the Government to the Institute in respect of the obligations of the State under the Agreement are hereby charged on and shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund.
(2) All sums received by the Government for the Institute under the Agreement shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
