6. Harbouring or aiding criminals
A person who knowingly or having reason to believe that another person has committed or has been convicted of any crime under this Act, aids, conceals, or harbours that person commits an offence and is liable on conviction on indictment to a fine of $200,000.00 and to imprisonment for a term of 15 years.
