3. Penalty
A person who acts in contravention of this Act or who aids and abets any person in any contravention of this Act is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $96 or to imprisonment, with or without hard labour, for a term not exceeding 6 months, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
