(1) Where an amendment is made to the Agreement or Arrangement, the Minister shall, by order amend Schedule 1 or 2 as the case may be, to give effect to the amendment to the Agreement or Arrangement.
(2) An order made under subsection (1) may contain such ancillary transitional or supplemental provisions as appear to the Minister necessary or expedient for the purposes of giving effect to the amendments.
