The provisions of the Act and any regulations made thereunder relating to—
(a) retirement benefits;
(b) invalidity benefits;
(c) survivor's benefits;
(d) funeral grants,
are to the extent to which they are affected by the Agreement deemed to be modified and adapted to give effect to the Agreement.
