2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Act” means the National Insurance Corporation Act;
“Agreement” means the Agreement on Social Security between Saint Lucia and Canada, signed in Castries, Saint Lucia on 5 January 1987, the text of which is set out in Schedule 1 of this Act;
“Arrangement” means the Administrative arrangement for the Implementation of the Agreement on Social Security between Saint Lucia and Canada signed in Castries, Saint Lucia on 5 January 1987, the text of which is set out in Schedule 2 of this Act;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for the National Insurance Corporation.
