5. Registrar to fill up papers
In all cases coming within the provisions of the last 2 preceding sections, it is the duty of the Registrar to whom application is made, to fill up the usual papers required by the Court to lead to a grant of probate or letters of administration, as the case may be, without the payment of any fees whatever.
