2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“administration” comprehends all letters of administration of the estate of deceased persons whether with or without the will annexed and whether granted for general, special or limited purposes;
“judge” means a judge of the Court;
“the Court” means the High Court;
“the Registrar” means the Registrar of the Court.
