Mr. Victor Philip La Corbinière was born in Saint Lucia and received his early education at the St Aloysius Roman Catholic Boys School and the St Mary’s College. Mr. La Corbinière holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors (BA Hons) and a Bachelor of LawsDegree with Honours (LLB) both from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus). In 1986, he graduated from the Hugh Wooding Law School (Trinidad and Tobago) and in the same year was called to the Bar of Saint Lucia. In 1989, he attended the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, the University of London, where he completed a high level Government Legal Advisor’s Course. Mr. Victor Philip La Corbinière served as Attorney General of Saint Lucia from November 2004 to November 2006.
