(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall, with the approval of the Minister, employ, on terms and conditions as may be approved by the Board, employees of the Agency for the performance of the functions and powers of the Agency.
(2) An employee employed under subsection (1) shall perform the duties assigned to him or her under this Act and by the Chief Executive Officer.
