15. Rights of a national of a member State

(1) A national of a member State who is registered as a Veterinary Surgeon under this Act does not require a work permit or a visa to enter Saint Lucia for the purpose of practising as a Veterinary Surgeon.

(2) Subsection (1) applies despite anything to the contrary in any other law.
