Schedule

  1.  

    1.     All the leashold interest in that island known as Pigeon Island situate off the north-western extremity of the Island of Saint Lucia.

  1.  

    2.     All that portion of land comprising 94 acres or less to be dismembered from the Belle Vue Estate (Maillet No. 3 Red) in the Quarter of Gros Islet and bounded as follows:

North:     by Cap Estate,

South:     by the Gros Islet Village,

East:     by the remainder of the said Belle Vue Estate and

West:     by the Queen's Chain;

         Including a swamp approximately 18 acres to the Southeastern corner of this area.

    3.     All the leasehold and freehold interests in that portion of land to be dismembered from the Reduit Estate (Duproyet Nos. 19 and 20 Red) and the Bonne Terre Estate in the Quarter of Gros Islet and bounded as follows:

North:     partly by the remaining lands of Dumond Joseph and partly by lands belonging now or formerly to Alexander Emmanueal.

South:     partly by lands of Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Ltd., and partly by Thompson, Mde. R. Richlieu, Lionel Devaux, Dumond Joseph and Sexcius Aimable.

East:     partly by a canal, partly by the remainder of the said Bonne Terre Estate and partly by the Bonne Terre Road and

West:     partly by the Castries-Gros Islet High-road and partly by lands of the Caribbean Developments (St. Lucia) Ltd.

         This said portion of land includes 3 separate areas of lagoon-swamp lands comprising altogether a total of 117 acres approximately.

    4.     All the leasehold interest in that portion of land comprising one acre more or less to be dismembered from the Reduit Estate (duproyet Nos. 19 and 20 Red) in the Quarter of Gros Islet and bounded as follows:

North:          by Holiday Inn property,

South:          by Saint Lucia Beach property,

East:          by the Castries-Gros Islet Highroad and

West:          by the sea.

    5.     All that portion of land comprising 2.25 acres dismembered from the Reduit Estate (Duproyet Nos. 19 and 20 Red) in the Quarter of Gros Islet and bounded as follows:

North:          by a ravine,

South:          by the Gros Islet Cemetery,

East:          by the Castries-Gros Islet Highroad and

West:          by the Queen's Chain.

    The above described portions of land are more clearly shown and delineated and bordered red on Drawing No. B2 which can be seen at the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Bridge Street, Castries.
