69.   Revocation of the appointment of a member of the Tribunal

  1.  

    (1)   Cabinet may revoke the appointment of a member of the Tribunal, including the Chairperson, if the member or Chairperson —

    1.  

      (a)     neglects his or her duty as a member;

    1.  

      (b)     engages in misconduct; or

    1.  

      (c)     is absent from 3 consecutive meetings without an excuse.

  1.  

    (2)   Where Cabinet revokes the appointment of a member of the Tribunal or the Chairperson, Cabinet shall state the reasons for the revocation.
