(1) In the event of a stoppage of work on the Project it shall be lawful for the Minister to take all lawful measures to ensure that supervisory staff is permitted to enter and to leave the Project Site.
(2) In this section, supervisory staff means such employees of the company as are employed by the company in a management capacity and as are agreed upon between the Company, the Union representing the majority of employees of the Company, if any, and the Labour Commissioner.
