(1) A person who obtains information in any form as a result of his or her present or former connection with the Authority shall not disclose that information to any person except with the written approval of the Authority or as far as it is required or permitted under this Act or other enactment. (2) Any person who wilfully discloses information to any person in contravention of subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or both.
