(1) The Governor General may make regulations for raising, levying, managing and collecting rates, tolls or dues upon goods, animals or things landed or shipped at or from the Government jetties in Soufrière, Choiseul, Laborie and Vieux-Fort, and at or from any jetty which by notice approved by the House of Assembly may be declared to be a Government jetty.
