(1) International public mutual fund administration services and international public mutual fund management services may be carried on by an administrator or manager without reference to the Trade Licensing Act or the Securities Act.
(2) International public mutual fund business may be carried on by an international public mutual fund licensee without reference to the Trade Licensing Act or the Securities Act.
