9. Power of Governor General to make orders
The Governor General may by order make such provisions as are necessary for carrying into effect the obligations under any of the provisions of the Fund Agreement, the Bank Agreement, the Corporation Agreement, the Association Agreement and the Resolutions referred to in section 3(1) above, and to give full force and effect to the provisions of this law.
