27. Insufficiency of assets in discharge of obligations in voluntary liquidation
If the assets of a licensee, whose voluntary liquidation has been authorised will not be sufficient for the full discharge of all its obligations, and completion of the liquidation is unduly delayed, the Minister, may cause the commencement of proceedings leading to its compulsory liquidation or reorganisation in conformity with the procedures set out in the following sections of this Part.
