(1) The Competent Authority or any person employed in carrying out the provisions of or having any official duty under the Agreement who exchanges information in accordance with the Agreement does not commit an offence under any other law in force in Saint Lucia by reason only of the exchange.
(2) An exchange of information referred to in subsection (1) is not a breach of a confidential relationship between the person who exchanges the information and any other person, and no civil claim or action lies against the person making the disclosure by reason of the exchange.
