5. Power to enter premises to obtain information

(1) The Competent Authority may at all reasonable times, enter any premises or place of business of a Reporting Saint Lucia Financial Institution for the purposes of —
1. (a) determining whether information —
  1. (i) included in a return by the Reporting Saint Lucia Financial Institution is correct and complete, or
  1. (ii) not included in a return was correctly not included; or
1. (b) examining the procedures put in place by the Reporting Saint Lucia Financial Institution for the purposes of ensuring compliance with the obligations of the Reporting Saint Lucia Financial Institution under this Act.
